Inspired by this tradition, we decided to bring the Gaucho culture to Chicago, sharing the warmth of Brazilian hospitality and the unforgettable flavors of churrasco with our community. Our name, which means “Gaucho Passion,” is a tribute to this heritage — the fire, flavor, and generosity that define the spirit of Brazil’s South.
